Christian Education

Sunday School Classes meet at 9:15 a.m.

Children

Classes are available for children ages 3 and older.

In addition to Sunday School classes, our children’s ministry includes weekly children’s messages, Vacation Bible School, local summer camps, a children’s choir, and other Christian education opportunities.

Youth

Additionally, Guinston’s Youth Group meets every Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM for a time of fun and fellowship, but also to study God’s word and help one another prepare to face the challenges young people deal with at school during the week.

The youth group at Guinston Presbyterian are very active in our community. Each year the youth put together a worship service and lead the congregation in their time of worship.  They also help with local food lockers, and other service projects. In this way they are challenged to claim their faith. In addition, the youth group participates in many activities over the course of the year including tubing, sledding, caroling, camping, swimming, and other social activities.

The youth group welcome family and friends to volunteer or provide snacks.

Adult

Sunday School classes for adults meet weekly from 9:15 to 10:15.  We feel this is a vital ministry to help us know God’s word and apply it in our everyday lives.

Typically, 3-5 Adult classes are offered each quarter.
